Product introduction

It has two characteristics of mixing materials and quick repair of damaged pavement. It is widely used to repair various problems such as pits and cracks in asphalt pavement. It can also be used for quick repair of airport asphalt pavements throughout the day.
The waste asphalt can be regenerated by the drum recycler, and the new asphalt can also be mixed to reduce the cost of road repair. The damaged pavement is heated and softened by a hot air circulation heater when repaired, and the asphalt will not be subject to high temperature aging, which prolongs the service life of the repaired layer.

In this repairing operation, the asphalt is thermally regenerated on site. The heater flame does not directly heat the asphalt, but heats it in the silo through hot air. The whole regeneration process does not pollute the environment, and the drum moves in a rotary motion, so that the asphalt is heated evenly and fast.
4.The heating drum has a simple structure and is easy to operate. The drum is installed on the chassis of the truck and can be constructed with it. The hot material in the drum can be reversed for discharging according to the needs. The machine is equipped with a feeding mechanism. The drum rotation, discharging and feeding are all controlled by the hydraulic system, which is convenient and flexible to operate.
5.The road heaters can be divided into (one heating zone, two heating zones, four heating zones) according to different models, and each heating zone is controlled by a set of heating systems. All heating zones can work at the same time, or one of the heating zones can be selected to work independently or in combination, depending on the road damage. The hydraulic system of the whole machine is controlled by a solenoid valve, and the operation is flexible. The hydraulic station composed of superimposed valves is easy to maintain.
6.The heating temperature of the asphalt pavement by the pavement heater can be automatically controlled, the pavement asphalt will not be scorched and aged, and the emission of harmful gases can be reduced by more than 90%.
